Lacouture Lux Services, doing business as LuxRideCLT ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you book a ride, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact details: your name, mobile number and email address.
Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and bags, and any notes you give us.
Payment records: amounts charged and paid. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
Sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

How we use it

To review, confirm and carry out your reservation.
To send you confirmations, reminders, changes, payment links and your chauffeur's arrival details by email and, if you agreed, by text message.
To share the trip details your chauffeur needs (your name, mobile number, pickup and drop-off, flight and notes) with the chauffeur assigned to your ride.
To keep records required for accounting and taxes, and to respond to your questions.

Text messages and your mobile number

We use your mobile number only to send messages about your reservations. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

The chauffeur assigned to your ride.
Service providers that help us run the service — for example, our text-message provider, email provider, payment processor, map service and website host — and only to the extent they need to do that work.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your account information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.

Security

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Only our team and the chauffeur assigned to your ride can see your reservation details.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Children

Reservations must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
